GROWING THE ARMENIAN SPIRIT

Looyce Armenian School, is an Armenian Catholic Saturday School, established by a group of teachers,  under the leadership of Monsignor Father Basil Sousanian in 2009.

The Saturday School caters for students from pre-Kindergarten (4 years), through to year 10 and is open during NSW school terms, from 10am-2:30pm with 45 minute recess starting at noon.

All language classes include Armenian history, grammar/literature, geography and cultural (such as plays, singing) topics, to holistically address all language development areas. For Pre-Schoolers and Kindergarteners, Mathematics is also taught due to popular demand.

The school aims to provide school aged children with the to attend an Armenian language school in a warm environment where they would acquaint themselves with other children, learn Armenian language, history as well as age old Armenian and Christian values and traditions
